An exhibition center comprising of art galleries, exhibition spaces, 250 seat theater and Restaurant outlets. Steel structure, Low rise-30m clear span on 12m grid, with shallow foundation and slab on compacted grade. Total 1300 tons of steel with built-up area of 20,000 Sqm.

Scope of work included Project management, Structural detail design, Utilities, MEP and external services.
